Really Good

This has got to be one of the best Algebra/math books i have ever used. It's clear and the examples are great. It's better then the textbooks used in most high schools.

A math book that always works!!

This math book is a classic! It is old school and has helped our 4 children be very successful in their advanced math curriculum. During the summer before 6th grade, each of our children did 6 lessons a week all summer out of this book. The next summer they started over and moved at a faster pace. Believe me, they don't enjoy having math all summer but the rewards of learning Alg. through this text have been tenfold. As a 6th grader, our children took pre-algebra and then in 7th grade take Algebra 1. By repeating this book the summer before 7th grade, each of our children had a good grasp on the way Algebra should be taught. My oldest son is a Senior and is currently taking Multivarible Calculus/Linear Algebra and doing well. I credit the learning from this old school text the secret to his success. Our oldest daughter took the math test for college and made a 95. I guess this is rare. Once again, I credit this Algebra book for giving my children a wonderful start to being very successful in math. Our youngest(5th) child is only in 4th grade but we plan to once again use this Algebra book to insure her success in math.

Great Product

I bought this book to help my son who really struggles with algebra. We have tried 2 other curriculums and then I found this one. He is sailing through the book. Great step by step examples.
